What is GarbhSanskar?
GarbhSanskar is the traditional Indian practice of nurturing a baby's physical and emotional development while still in the womb. At Pareva, we combine it with modern obstetric science — yoga, meditation, nutrition and counselling guided by Dr. Chetan D. Patel.

Most mothers join from the 3rd month onwards, but you can start any time — the programme is adapted to your stage of pregnancy.
Yes. Partners and family members are welcome, especially for the parenting and newborn care sessions.
